Fourth Trimester

Fourth Trimester is a nourishing and supportive tea blend. Including herbs that support a mothers postpartum recovery and aids in the production of breastmilk. 

Ingredients- Fenugreek seeds, nettle leaves, raspberry leaves, raspberry pieces, strawberry pieces. 

Each tin contains 50g of tea- making 10-14 cups of tea.
